Supports healthy blood sugar and carbohydrate metabolism.5 Resist-X contains cocoa polyphenols which have been shown to maintain cellular redox status in pancreatic beta cell lines, therefore exerting a protective effect against beta cell dysfunction.6 Cocoa has also been shown, in multiple clinical trials, to reduce fasting glucose and reduce glucose responses to oral glucose challenge.7 Cocoa may facilitate glucose uptake by increasing specific types of receptors involved in the activation of intracellular signalling pathways.8
Chromium, biotin, B vitamins and zinc for glucose transport in the body.9 Chromium has been found to support glucose uptake by attenuating endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress, a factor which may suppress glucose transport.9 Chromium also down regulates markers associated with compromised glucose transport and promotes intracellular signalling cascades which help to maintain glucose transport.10,11
A randomised, placebo controlled, parallel double blind study on 87 participants found that 500 mg cocoa polyphenols improved mood criteria including calmness and contentedness.4 Mood disturbances have consistently been observed in people who crave carbohydrates.12 This may be due to dopamine's role in determining the type and amount of food consumed, as well as the reward and satiety felt after eating.1 Ingredients in Resist-X including vitamin B6 and cocoa have been shown to support healthy mood balance.2,4 Vitamin B6 is a coenzyme in the synthesis of neurotransmitters including dopamine and serotonin.5

Our packages are non-signature parcels unless requested. If you are not at home, the courier driver typically leaves the parcel at the door or close by. Alternatively, they will leave a card to call. If we are delivering to a business, please provide the business name in the delivery address.
Damaged or Missing parcels
If your products did not reach you in perfect condition, please notify us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to sort out the issue. Please do not return the damaged goods without notifying us first as we will need to make arrangements for the return from our end. Please keep any packaging and damaged items as is, as these are required for the claim process.
In the unlikely event that your parcel doesn't reach you within the expected delivery time-frame (2-3 working days) of our team having emailed you confirmation of dispatch, Please contact us.
